The Congress of Entrepreneurs and Professionals of Ottawa (CEPO) is a new venture aimed at young progressive professionals in the Ottawa-Gatineau region. CEPO seeks to engage and equip future business and professional leaders for success through professional development, networking, social opportunities and advocacy.

The early focus is to build local leadership and capacity towards the development of a unified, national voice for early career professionals. CEPO is governed by a representative board of directors, and other leaders who share a commitment to help bring about a new career enthusiasts whose professional and business endeavours are nuanced by a deeper awareness of social responsibility, environmental sustainability, and collective accountability.

Ultimately, CEPO aims to provide services, seminars and tools that contribute to the development of human capital that can help bring about a more inclusive, vibrant workforce equipped to generate good results in an increasingly competitive global economy.
